What Stairs?
When I tell people I live in a two story house they ask if the stairs bother me. I ask "What stairs"? My new Rave chair has really changed my life. Besides be a useful tool for me, my friends all say how attractive it is.

All Away Around A+
All way around positive experience with the product, company, and installation. My son-in-law, who installed it, said that if he had to find something negative to say about the lift or putting it in, he couldn't.

A true life extender!
This lift has given my father in law the independence he loves to have the entire open space second floor of our home to himself. Being a former NBA player, his knees are bad. He loves his new life here with us because of the lift!!

Liberating lift!
The Rave lift is sturdy, comfortable and has allowed me to be more independent. Now, even if I am feeling bad and can not breathe well I will be able to get upstairs from my basement apartment to get to Dr. Appointments without stressing my family (physically and mentally).

Awesome product
My Mom fell and broke her hip - she was worried about climbing the stairs in her house. I sent a web request on Sunday afternoon and a sales person called me within ten minutes and answered all my questions. Next Saturday morning I had it installed before Mom got home. She sat right down and started using it right away and no adjustments were necessary. My Mom and everyone else in the family are happy and sleep better knowing she can get up and down the stairs safely.

A Great Stair Lift
This is a great stair lift. As an architect with 35 years experience, I completely agree with Ameriglide's position that these stair lifts should remain a DIY installation. They are well-engineered for ease of installation and have built-in safeguards to prevent any malfunction. I looked at other brands, but they required permits and professional installation.....both time consuming and costly (over twice as much money!). In my profession, I've witnessed the growth of entitlements, under the guise of consumer safety, for many years. Too often, these only serve to fuel the growth of building department bureaucracy (and income stream), with little real gain for the public. Ameriglide, keep up the good fight to preserve affordability and accessibility for all Americans.
